With the owners of PC Importers being from the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas; the home of a large German immigrant population; we enjoy good wurst of any kind being bratwurst, mettwurst, bierwurst, weisswurst and others. PC Importers decided to bring Bavaria’s favorite mustard, Händlmaier’s, to the United States for sausage lovers to experience and savor the fine flavors for which we have a passion.

While we are both career firefighters, our German heritage is what brought us together. Sharing the “gemutlichkeit” with family and friends, we realized there is an interest in fine German “senf” or as we in the USA know it…MUSTARD!!  We became acquainted with Händlmaier’s delectable taste attending a traditional Weißwurstessen (German sausage breakfast), the monthly social meeting of the Händlmaier’s Freunde Cincinnati Ev, and are members of the “fan club” since 2006. In 2010, Chuck (the “C” of PC Importers) had the experience of touring the Händlmaier factory and its operation in Regensburg, Germany and meeting with the owner, Ms. Krista Händlmaier.

We believe Händlmaier’s is the finest mustard you will taste!
